MORE research is being carried out for the transformation of the village centre in Lesmahagow.

As well as upgrading the centre, consultancy group EKOS has been commissioned to look at the various events that take place in the village and how they can be improved.

At their latest meeting, members of Lesmahagow Community Council discussed the update, looking at the Doors Open evening - which the community council organises every year – and how it could be improved.
