THERE are soon to be certain parts of the Clydesdale countryside which will be bucking the national trend by seeing electricity bills FALLING.

And it’s a saving every single taxpayer in the nation will benefit from.

While changing water into electricity isn’t exactly a Biblical miracle anymore, the idea to create `Home Hydro’ mini-power stations in the Upperward hills is revolutionary.
