Rovers Return...Carluke Rovers faced Wishaw last Wednesday

IT’S been a disappointing week for the Clydesdale junior football sides with three defeats out of four for the sides.

Carluke Rovers were beaten 3-2 by Wishaw last Wednesday as they failed to progress from their League Cup section.

Lesmahagow also had a chance to get out of their group but they lost 3-0 to Larkhall Thistle.

Forth Wanderers put up a valiant fight against Shotts Bon Accord but Shotts’ class told in the second half as they triumphed 3-0 while Lanark United drew 2-2 with Royal Albert despite having six players missing.
